WILL YOU ADVERTISE FOR ME Yes. We often advertise our upcoming vendors on Facebook, Pinterest, on our Blog, in e-mail campaigns, and on our webpage. The sooner you pay your vendor registration fee, the more opportunities you may have to be included in our advertising campaigns. Please note that we will only advertise for vendors who have paid in full prior to the crop. |

HOW DO I BECOME A VENDOR Simply register online for any of our upcoming events and secure your vendor spot. (please note: registrations fees are non-refundable). You will also want to join our vendor contact list by e-mailing us at info@scrapagain.com. So you can receive the occasional e-mails regarding vendor specials, details about the events, or other important information. |

HOW MANY VENDORS DO YOU ALLOW Typically we allow 4-6 vendor. It is first come first sever, so be sure to register online for any events you would like to attend (please note: registrations fees are non-refundable). During our larger events and the Consignment Sale Crops, we will allow more vendors. |

HOW OFTEN DO YOU DO A VENDOR CALL We are now accepting registrations online, and will only send out a vendor call if additional spots open, or have a cancellation. Vendor spots will remain limited and fill up on a first come first serve basis… so be sure to register for any of our event you know you can attend quickly! |

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY VENDOR REGISTRATION We are now accepting registrations online for any upcoming event. If we get duplicate vendor registrations for the same event, we will refund you your money and add you to our waiting list. Only when you see VENDOR SPOTS SOLD OUT, will you know that we are not accepting any more registrations.
Should a vendor cancel, we will contact the first vendor on our waiting list, or send out a vendor call to fill the spot. |

DO YOU ALLOW MULTIPLE VENDORS WITH THE SAME PRODUCT TO ATTEND We have tried to maintain a non-compete policy with our vendors, however it has become increasingly harder to maintain, as many companies are expanding their product lines which creates cross-over among companies. Due to these innovative way to increase sales, we can no longer maintain a true non-complete policy. We will continue to institute the policy of only having one sales consultant per company at an event, and will try for a variety of vendors. We strive for our mutual success! |

WHEN DOES SET UP BEGIN For Saturday crops, you can begin setting up as early as 9:00a, and we ask that your booths are ready to shop at 10:00a when our event begins. For Friday night crops, you can begin setting up at early at 2:00p, the event begins at 3:00p. |

CAN THE PUBLIC SHOP THE VENDORS YES! We encourage you to contact your client list and let them know where you will be and welcome them to stop by and shop! We are at a hotel, and hotel traffic is often shopping our vendor booths too! |

HOW LONG DO I NEED TO STAY We advertise vendor booths are open to shop from 10:00a - 2:00p for Saturday Crops, and 3:00p - 7:00p for Friday Crops. We try to host the raffle at 2:00p for Saturday Crops, and 6:00p for Friday night crops, and will give a last call to our croppers just before then. You do not need to be present if our raffle take place later, and you are welcome to stay longer if you like. Vendor booth times can be flexible, just let us know if you need to leave early and we will make an announce to our Scrappers! |

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL We have a no-refund policy, and do not allow rollovers. However, we do allow transfers! You are welcome to have someone in your up or down line attend in your place. If you would like have a friend with a business come in your place, please e-mail us at info@scrapagaincom so we can be sure that we do not have duplicates. |

IS THERE A WAITING LIST Yes. If the event says VENDOR SPOTS SOLD OUT and you would still like to attend our event, or your registration was refunded due to a duplicate vendor, please e-mail us at info@scrapagain.com to join our waiting list. Should a vendor cancel or we open additional spots, we will accept vendors on our waiting list. |

WHAT IS THE RAFFLE PRIZE ALL ABOUT We encourage our scrappers to shop our vendors by hosting a “Vendor Visit”. We will provide you with red raffle tickets to pass out to registered croppers when they visit your booth; no purchase is necessary for them to receive their first red ticket. However, if they shop with you, sign up for your mailing list, or book a party with you, we encourage you to give them multiple tickets to increase their chance of winning the vendor sponsored raffle prizes (and to increase your sales!) |

I AM A CONSULTANT FOR MULTIPLE BUSINESS, CAN SELL BOTH PRODUCTS UNDER ONE VENDOR REGISTRATION Each vendor registration and booth space is for one business entity, and we will ask that you select which company you will be representing at the time of registration. Please note that advertising privileges are for the registered business. For the overall success of all vendors and the event, this is important to uphold. You most certainly can register for two vendor booths, and we will provide you with an additional vendor booth space. |
|
CAN I SHARE A VENOR BOOTH WITH A FRIEND Each vendor registration and vendor booth space is for one business entity. If your friend is your up or down line, or is a consultant for the same business entity, you are welcome to create a time-share schedule for the vendor booth space. Meaning, you may decide to split the vendor shopping hours between the two of you due to conflicts in your schedule. |
