SHIPPING CARRIER AND DATES We have selected USPS as our shipping carrier, and have scheduled every Wednesday and Friday to ship product. We will do our best to get your order to you as fast as we can… because it can never come fast enough! |

AVAILABILITY OF KITS Your best chance of securing a MAIN KIT is to subscribe to our kit club… because we know you are going to love them! Quantities of each kit are limited and we keep only a few extra kits on hand incase there is a shipping issue. If a kit is sold out, please e-mail us at info@scrapagain.com to join our waiting. If we release the additional kits, we will contact the persons on our waiting list. |

KNOW THE DATES (14, 21) We have designated the 14th of each month to be the sneak peek date for the new kits. The sneak peak is when you will have small inspirational pictures of what the new kits will look like.

SHIPPING COST A flat rate of $7.25 will be added for all orders shipping within the United States and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally yet! If an order has already shipped, and you purchase more product, a flat rate shipping cost of $7.25 will be charged.
We can combine orders placed between the 14 and 21 to save you money on shipping charges. Please be sure to contact us so we can manually refund you the additional shipping cost. If you do not contact us, we will not know to hold the order, or refund you the S&H charges, and we will ship your product the next Wednesday or Friday, which ever comes first. |

SHIPPING MULTIPLE KITS If multiple kits are ordered between you and a friend to take advantage of the flat rate shipping cost, we ship to the one address entered during the payment process. |

I PURCHASED MORE FUN STUFF Items listed in our online store SHOP MORE are available until sold out, and will ship on the next Wednesday or Friday.

PAYMENT METHOD We have selected PayPal as our payment method for subscriptions and online purchases. We do not keep any of your credit card information on file. You do not have to have a PayPal account to purchase our kits, just follow the options to purchase as a guest and use your personal credit cards. PayPal accepts all major credit cards. |

HOW LONG IS A SUBCRIPTION With no obligation to subscribe, we offer the MAIN KIT for $28.50 per kit + S&H (quantities are limited and based on availability).

PRICING The MAIN KIT will have a consistent price of $28.50 + S&H. Subscribers will receive the MAIN KIT at the discounted price of $25.50 + S&H.
The price for the ADD-ON KITS and MORE PAPER will fluctuate. Price will be determined by the content and value of the product included in the kit. |

WHEN DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION BEGIN Your subscription starts with the current month kit, unless sold out. We forecast for additional subscription to avoid selling out, but it may occur. Should that happen, we will contact you to establish a start date for your subscription. |

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELATION If you have signed up for the auto ship subscription and decide you would like to cancel, you can contact us after 3 months of auto ship to cancel your subscription. Please e-mail us at info@scrapagain.com, or call (919) 247-0768 to cancel. You can also login to PayPal to cancel your subscription too. |

SUBSCRIPTION BILLING CYCLE Subscribers are billed on the same day each month when they first subscribed. (e.g. if you subscribed on the 8th of June, you will be billed on the 8th of every month going forward). If there is an error with your credit card, you will receive a notice from PayPal and instructions on how to proceed. Be sure to keep your billing information current to ensure you get your kits! |

I RECEIVED A MESSAGE ERROR ABOUT MY BILLING If you received a message from PayPal about a billing error, please follow their instructions on how to resolve it to ensure your subscription is current. If we do not receive payment before the kits ship, unfortunately we will not be able to ship you your kit, and it will go back into inventory. |

CHANGES TO SHIPPING INFORMATION Please contact us at info@scrapagin.com and login to PayPal to update any shipping information. Please do not just update your PayPal account, as we have a separate shipping system and need to update our system as well. |

I DID NOT RECIVE MY SHIPPING REFUND We are busy Mom’s… and we may have gotten side tracked with dinner, laundry, a sports game, this or that appointment, another school function, cleaning, or running yet another errand… and we ask that you send us a friendly reminder so we can look into it! |

I RECEIVED DIFFERENT PRODUCT We try very hard to get product on time from the manufactures for our kits. But, in some cases, there are delays in production and during custom inspections. If this occurs, we will need to make a substitution for the missing product of equal or greater value. |
|
CAN I PICK-UP MY KIT At this time we do not have designated pick-up times. We are considering though! We will provide you with an update should this change. |
