Next Steps

Shortly after completing your registration fee, you will receive an e-mail with your consignor number
Check product against the Check Recall Product List
Package, price, and label your product 
Drop-off and Pick-up product
Shortly after the sale, you will receive a check in the mail

Quick Tips and Reminders

All product must be packaged and sealed
All product must have consignor number and price visible on package
All product must be prices in increments of $.50 cents
Product “priced to sell” is likely to be sold first
Product must fit in your vendor bin (with exception of large items), and you are allowed unlimited refills
Product not picked up will be donated

By paying for your consignor registration fee, you agree to the terms and conditions listed above for the consignment sale.  Registration fees are non-refundable.

Scrap Again will advertise and host a one day consignment sale 
Scrap Again will provide one bin for each registered consignor
Scrap Again will pay the consignor $.70 on every dollar earned by the consignor
Scrap Again will send one check to each registered consignor in the mail as quickly as possible after the sale
Scrap Again will donate all product that is not picked up during the designated pick-up time
Scrap Again is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged product 
Scrap Again reserves the right to pull product if it is severely damaged or does not meet requirements of the sale
It is the responsibility of the consignor the check that product is not on the recall product list
It is the responsibility of the consignor to drop off product during the designated drop-off time; late drop-offs can be denied by Scrap Again
Scrap Again will check through each bin before a consignor picks-up product to ensure that a consignor is leaving with only their product
Product that is not picked up at the end of the sale will be donated
Bins are property of Scrap Again 
Sales Tax must be charged on sold product and Scrap Again will pay the necessary sales tax to the state
Registration fees are non-transferable and non-refundable, and can not be rolled to a future consignment sale
The consignor agrees that if they need to cancel, they will let us know 48 hours in advance of the sale to avoid a $6.00 cancellation fee charge.  
The consignor agrees to have a minimum value of $25.00 of product for sale in their bin.

Discounting Items:
Consignors attending the crop will be allowed to discount their products towards the end of the sale and participate in the “bin fire sale” at the close of the sale.  It is the responsibility of each consignor to discount their products and determine a price for the “bin fire sale”.
Consignors not attending the crop will be offered the service of having Scrap Again discount each unsold product by 50% at the end of the sale.  For the “bin fire sale” at the end of the sale, a total bin price will be determined by taking an additional 50% off remaining items in the bin and summing them for a total bin price. Participation in discounting and the “bin fire sale” is optional.
