The fine print!: Registrations by check via mail need to be received 7 days prior to crop to confirm registration and availability. If participant arrives at crop and payment has not yet been received - participant must pay the full registration fee at the door and a refund check will be sent to them when the original payment is received via mail. You can also pay by credit card, just click the “add to cart” button. If you are paying for more than one crop registration fee, you can adjust quantity during check out.
Cancelation Policy Effective Jan 2011: Crop registration and consignor fees are non-refundable. You are welcome to have someone attend in your place, just send us an e-mail to info@scrapagain.com with any updates. You can also try to sell your crop on e-bay (yes we believe we are that popular now… ) but the sale of crop on e-bay or any other auction site is not guaranteed by Scrap Again LLC.
* Mother’s Day Two Day Crop: We are so excited about our Mother’s day two day crop! You can register for either Friday & Saturday, or Saturday Only. Prices are for crop only and each creative crew is responsible for making their own room reservations. Corporate rates are available so be sure to mention you are with the Scrap Again crop when making your reservation. Doors will open on Friday at 4:00p and you can crop till you drop! Around midnight the Cricut machines, cartridges, and tools will be packed up and displayed once again at 7:00a on Saturday. You are welcome to leave your scrapbook supplies at your table and return the next morning, however Scrap Again LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen items (so be sure to take your expensive items with you when you leave!) Anyone who has registered for Saturday only is welcome to check in at 7:00a for some extended scrappin’ hours. The crop ends at 10:00p on Saturday night. Beverages, snacks, and giveaways are included in the registration fee. We look forward to a fun and productive two day crop! |
